You must be at least 18 years old to use Beyond Gambling. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and for keeping your account secure. You must not use another person’s account or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ information.

The content and features provided in the app are intended for support, motivation and self-help purposes only. They should not be considered a medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or personalised healthcare advice.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. The current subscription price, any available free trial and the subscription period will be displayed in the app before you complete a purchase.

Purchases made on iPhone are processed through the Apple App Store. Payments, automatic renewals, cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable App Store terms and your Apple account settings.

If you use the community forum, you are responsible for the content you publish. The forum must be used respectfully and in a way that promotes a safe and supportive environment.

• Do not post threats, harassment or unlawful content.
• Do not share gambling websites, bonuses, promotions or other content that could encourage or trigger gambling behaviour in others.
• Do not publish another person’s private information without permission.

Content may be removed and accounts may be restricted if the community guidelines or these Terms of Service are violated.

You must not attempt to disrupt the app, bypass security measures, manipulate the service, use the app for unlawful purposes or otherwise use the service in a way that could harm Beyond Gambling or other users.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee that the app will always be available or completely free from errors. Features may be updated, modified or removed when necessary for maintenance, security or further development.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on the information and tools provided by the app. Beyond Gambling cannot guarantee any particular outcome, including that using the app will result in someone remaining gambling-free.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

You can delete your account through the app’s settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to keep a copy of your information, you can export your data before deleting your account.
